Penguin Plunge 2010

The 24th Annual Del Mar Penguin Plunge went off beautifully at 11:00 am on New Years.  Beautiful weather, great crowd of about 300-400 plungers, and another 100-200 cowardly onlookers.  This was our fourth year participating.

The cold, wet numbers
Fifty seven degrees felt cold, but not debilitating.  The air by the time of the plunge was probably around 70, and very comfortable in the sunshine.
